• We just bought this condo and are managing it ourselves so we have lots of availability. See the calendar here.
• 1 bed / 1 bath
• Great ocean view from living room, kitchen and lanai.
• When you are standing in our condo, you are only 70 yards from the ocean, you can hear the waves crash.
• Sleeps up to 2 in beds with a queen in the master.
• Fully remodelled in 2006. In late 2006 the kitchen and bathroom were totally replaced with beautiful new granite counter tops, maple cabinets and tile floors. The contractor did a wonderful job, it is beautiful!
• Full kitchen with all the amenities you would expect (see next bullet), including a dishwasher.
• Amenities include: air conditioning, lanai/deck, 2 cable TV's, DVD, VCR, CD/tape player, phone, linens, towels, beach towels, full kitchen (including: full size refrigerator with freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, blender, utensils, pots/pans and dishes), washer and dryer and high speed wireless internet connection.
• See the Papakea page for all resort amenities such as pool, parking, BBQ, tennis and etc. Papakea is a very special place and basically all of our guests haved loved the resort. Please take the time to read about it here.
• One full bathroom, which were totally remodeled in late 2006.
• No Smoking, No Pets
• Cleaning - Daily cleaning is not included but is available for an extra fee. We do have a washer and dryer available for your use at no charge in the condo.
• Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM. Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.

• $100 cleaning fee (if staying 5 nights or more)

• You will save by renting directly from owners. Our rates are 35% less than ResortQuest/Aston's eSpecial rates - and not all of their rooms are remodeled. You could end up in an old, dingy condo!

• Call Rodney at (831) 234-5864 8am-9pm PST and give us your credit card information, it is helpful to email at Info@ParadiseCondoRentals.com all your information except the credit card number to make things more accurate, or
• Send check (Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check or Money Order) write check out to Rodney Diepersloot and mail to Rodney Diepersloot C/O Papakea Condo 5610 Scotts Valley Dr Suite B-411, Scotts Valley CA 95066. Be sure to tell us it is for Papakea A204.
